LANDLORDS INFORMATION

SCHEDULE OF AGREED FEES/CHARGES

1) Property Management Fee
Arrangement Fee £100 + VAT (Marketing and Advertising)

2) Letting Fee
£100 + VAT + Commission out of the first months rent

3) Letting Only Service
Fee equivalent to one months rent + VAT (Minimum Fee £375)

4) Gas Safety Certificate
£80.00 inclusive of checking all gas appliances and central heating boiler
(please note this is an annual inspection required by law. If a new tenant moves into the property before the inspection renewal date, a new gas safety check will have to occur for safety reasons)

5) Full Monthly Management Fee
12.5 % per month of the rent for the period of the agreed tenancy, Special introductory price of 10% for the first 6 months.
